Sludge Protein Shake

[Sludge Super Food Mix - Protein Shake]

Ingredients

[A Nu Way Sludge] | [2 TBSP]

[Choice of non dairy milk or alternative] | [8 fl oz ]

[Frozen banana] | [.5 - 1 banana]

[A Nu Way Stone Ground Almond Butter] | [1TBSP]

Directions

  1. In the jar of a Blender add 8 OZ of oat milk, almond milk, etc to blender
  2. Add in up to 1 whole banana chopped into pieces(frozen preferred)
  3. Follow with 2 TBSP A Nu Way Sludge
  4. Finally add in 1 TBSP of Almond Butter or Peanut Butter and pulse to combine until shake is smooth(no more than 1 minute).
  5. Enjoy :) 
  6. Optional: Top with Granola
